Fridays 1:30-2:45 at Asheville Yoga Center: Flow, Restore, & Soundbath

Flow & Restore weaves together movement and stillness to gently guide the body and mind toward presence and balance. The class opens with a dynamic flow, synchronizing breath and movement through a contemplative theme that encourages awareness. The practice then softens into grounded restorative postures, where you’ll be supported to rest and integrate through the soothing sounds of chimes and sound bowls and plenty of props.

Love, Shine, Play Festival

July 23-26, 2026

I will offer a 90-minute class at The Love Shine Play Festival in Asheville NC this year! Prana Radiance: Flow into Soundbath is an energizing journey that blends dynamic vinyasa yoga with qigong-based energy work to connect with and circulate prana throughout the body. Through breath-led movement and rhythmic transitions, you will cultivate vitality, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect with your inner radiance. The practice closes with a deeply calming soundbath that invites the body into deep rest and integration. Leave feeling spacious, radiant, and quietly luminous.
