Fridays 1:30-2:45 at Asheville Yoga Center: Flow, Restore, & Soundbath
Flow & Restore weaves together movement and stillness to gently guide the body and mind toward presence and balance. The class opens with a dynamic flow, synchronizing breath and movement through a contemplative theme that encourages awareness. The practice then softens into grounded restorative postures, where you’ll be supported to rest and integrate through the soothing sounds of chimes and sound bowls and plenty of props.

In Sanskrit, sat means truth, and sangha means gathering. Satsang is the meeting of the two: coming together in truth. I program and cofaciliate these monthly online gatherings with senior yoga teachers that I look up to create spaces for fellow yoga teachers to be inspired, grow, and connect.
